Status: Monitoring Following the Nets outage earlier today between 09:50 and 14:35, during which all types of payment cards were declined, we have identified that some transactions were charged multiple times. We have contacted Nets and expect these duplicate reservations to be canceled either today or tomorrow. In the meantime, you are welcome to contact Nets directly if you have any questions while we continue to investigate this issue. Status: Monitoring We have still not heard back from NETS regarding customers affected by duplicate transactions. We will continue monitoring the status from our side and work to mitigate the impact as much as possible until we get more information. Status: Resolved When looking at the affected accounts, we can see that the affected transactions have been reversed and released to the customers' accounts. We will continue to look into this issue tomorrow morning, and also reach out to NETS to see what we can do to minimize the chances of this happening again.
