Status: Monitoring Our payment infrastructure provider is currently experiencing technical issues. As a result, some transfers sent to Lunar via instant transfer or MobilePay may have been delayed since 11:04 this morning. We are in close dialogue with them while they work to resolve the issue. As soon as it is resolved, we will make sure that all delayed transfers are posted to customers' accounts. We will keep this updated once more information becomes available. They have started to process some of the delayed transfers, but the issue remains unresolved. Until the issue is resolved, some incoming transfers will remain delayed.
