Normal instant transfers via bank transfer to and from Lunar are working. MobilePay has stated that some users are currently experiencing delays before payments reach the recipient's bank account. They are working to resolve the issue and ensure payments are processed as quickly as possible. As long as the payment is visible in the app, it is on its way. They have also confirmed they do not have a time estimate at this point. We are monitoring the situation closely and will update once we have more information available. We have contacted Nets and expect these duplicate reservations to be canceled either today or tomorrow. In the meantime, you are welcome to contact Nets directly if you have any questions while we continue to investigate this issue.
