We can confirm the IronTree SecureIT Portal is operational again and connectivity to the web console has been restored.

Incident details: IronTree SecureIT(https://loveyourdata.za.irontree.cloud/) We are aware of the web console not responding and has been identified with our Service Provider. Further updates to follow. Components effected: IronTree SecureIT Portal there is currently no access to Backup Console and Backup Management. Backups are still running as expected.
