Between 9:25 and and 9:40 Rabobank experienced an outage that also affected iDEAL. Users of Rabobank may have experienced issues when paying with iDEAL.

Our monitoring has detected an issue with the availability of ABN Amro since 7:40. Users of ABN Amro may experience issues when paying with iDEAL.

A global disruption of the Cloudflare services has also impacted the availability of the iDEAL payment page between 17:00 and 17:15 CEST.
Between +/- 9:00 and 10:00 as well as shortly around 10:45, Knab experienced intermittent issues that caused part of the Knab users to be unable to complete their iDEAL transactions during several moments.
Since +/- 8:30 Knab is experiencing a generic outage that affects the availability of its iDEAL services. Users that try to pay with iDEAL at Knab may experience issues.

Starting at 12:00 CET, Cloudflare suffered some intermittent network performance issues during the day. These also impacted iDEAL to some extent. Users paying with iDEAL may have have observed unexpected errors. Cloudflare has reported a fix was implemented.

The previous fix did not provide the desired results. The exact root cause has now been found, though, and a new fix is being applied.

The issue is caused by a bug on the side of iDEAL Hub and impacts more Issuers besides Rabobank, of which at least also ING. We are working on a fix.
We are continuing to work on a fix for this issue.

It looks like the issue has reoccured after a short period of recovery. iDEAL payments at ASN Bank and RegioBank are again not processing correctly. Users of these banks will again experience issues paying with IDEAL

There was a minor disruption around 15:30 causing the communication of mainly Expired iDEAL statuses to Acquirers to be delayed. It was resolved at +/- 16:15 and the maximum delay was up to +/- 1 hour.
