Our monitoring has detected an issue with the availability of Rabobank. Users of Rabobank could experience issues when paying with iDEAL.

The issue is caused by a bug on the side of iDEAL Hub and impacts more Issuers besides Rabobank, of which at least also ING. We are working on a fix.

This issue was resolved centrally at around 11:20. The iDEAL services then recovered per bank, with the last bank recovering at around 11:45.
