Resolved after 2 days 20 hours, affecting Evaluations and Evaluations and 1 more, on April 4, 2025.
We are continuing to monitor the performance of guest links to ensure that the fix implemented on Friday has been successful. No new reports of error messages over the weekend.

We are investigating reports of a subset of users receiving an error message when viewing candidate video interview responses via an ATS link or guest link. As a temporary workaround, users can log directly into their HireVue account to view candidate video interview responses.
