Current Status: Our engineering team has been actively investigating and has made meaningful progress in narrowing down the source of the issue. We've confirmed this is related to how export processes interact with our database infrastructure under certain conditions — not a data integrity issue. Your underlying data remains unaffected. What we've done: - Conducted a thorough review of export query performance across all affected environments. - Ruled out several potential causes, including database replication and cluster capacity. - Identified that scheduled/automated reports are completing successfully in many cases — the failures are primarily impacting on-demand exports initiated through the self-service UI. What's next: - We are setting up enhanced diagnostics in our development environment, where we can now reliably reproduce the issue, to pinpoint the exact failure point. - We have brought in additional engineering resources with deep platform expertise to assist and expedite a resolution. - Continual working session is scheduled for tomorrow to drive toward a root cause.

Thank you for your patience while our team investigated this issue. We can confirm that analytics report exports are now restored and functioning across all environments, including EU. Customers should be able to generate and download reports successfully. Our engineering team identified that the reporting service was encountering intermittent resource contention issues, specifically, database connections were not being released correctly under load, causing export requests to time out before completing. As usage of the reporting feature increased, this underlying issue became more pronounced and eventually impacted all export attempts. We deployed a fresh version of the data export service, which resolved the immediate resource contention and restored report processing. Following the deployment, our team successfully validated report generation across multiple customer accounts and date ranges, including large 365-day reports that had previously been failing. We have implemented additional monitoring to detect and respond to any future failures more quickly. We are in a monitoring state and continue to stay alert to react to any incoming reports of failures.

We are currently investigating an issue where when attempting to access sections of the Recruiter experience (e.g., Jobs, Job Templates, or Candidates) the T2O application is returning a "Page Not Found" or "An Unexpected Error Occurred" in our EU environment. We are also investigating related reports of intermittent issues accessing interviews in EU as well. We do not have reports of this happening outside of our EU environment.

We have implemented a fix to resolve the issue causing errors across the T2O application in the EU environment. We see errors noticeably declining across the affected services and in testing have been able to access all sections of the platform successfully. If you encountered any errors when attempting to add candidates via integration during this disruption, you will need to re-initiate the request. In the meantime we are continuing to monitor the environment and test the platform to ensure stability.
