Notice from HID 📍 HID is aware that some users may experience intermittent BLE communication issues affecting foreground and/or background operation of the HID Mobile Access app and the HID Origo SDK on certain mobile operating system versions. Current Status 📍 HID has been actively investigating the behavior and working closely with the appropriate parties to identify and address the underlying cause. A fix is expected to be available in an upcoming software update. 📍 In the meantime, HID continues to monitor the situation and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
