    Beginning on Friday night, 07/31/2025, Health Gorilla's API server began experiencing degraded performance responding to certain API calls, including those to the Patient endpoint when using a $everything extension. Health Gorilla infrastructure team identified the issue and made service modifications in order to resolve the issue. The issue was resolved completely on the morning of 08/02/2025 and all API response times were back to normal. Health Gorilla infrastructure changes should prevent this from occurring in the future.

    We are currently experiencing an issue with our Lab Network interfaces that go through Ellkay. Our internal engineers are working with Ellkay to resolve the VPN issues. Meantime, you may experience issues when placing orders through Ellkay interfaces, such as Natera, Unipath, Precision Diagnostics, PathMD, NxGen, HealthTrackRx, Ethos, Aurora Diagnostics, Acutis, Acupath, Shiel, Pathnostics, Interscope. Results from these lab vendors will also be delayed. This page will be updated when the issue is resolved.
