If you are using our Patient360 APIs to enroll, search, or lookup with Commonwell, you may see temporary failed responses. Some customers reported issues beginning around 4:20pmCST. The errors should no longer be occurring as the certificate update has completed. The last error logged was at 5:20pmCST.
