We have aware of issues currently affecting US hosted customers since approximately 21:00 UTC that is causing some requests to fail and are investigating. Updates will follow once we have more information.

UPDATE - We have identified there is an issue affecting the QuickBooks integration, where all requests to their API from Halo timeout. Temporarily disabling the module (this will not remove existing configuration) will allow these requests to be completed until the issue is resolved - https://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/. Unfortunately we have no ETA on a fix as this is an external issue, we will review this situation at 8:00am BST
