Halo Outage History

UPDATE: We believe to have found the cause of the service degradation and have implemented measures that should resolve the issue. We will closely monitor the situation to ensure the fix have the desired effects, and provide any further updates as needed.

A fix is now in place and affected customers should see normal service return to their instances. We will continue to monitor the situation to evaluate if any further action is required.

UPDATE - We have identified there is an issue affecting the QuickBooks integration, where all requests to their API from Halo timeout. Temporarily disabling the module (this will not remove existing configuration) will allow these requests to be completed until the issue is resolved - https://status.quickbooks.intuit.com/. Unfortunately we have no ETA on a fix as this is an external issue, we will review this situation at 8:00am BST

The issue is fixed for the majority of customers with the last few being brought back now. RCA will follow.

The fix has been implemented and we are now monitoring the situation. Affected customers should find their Halo instances returning to standard operation

UPDATE: We've identified some customers may still be experiencing issues following the fix - please log out and back in again to Halo to resolve these persisting issues. They are due to incorrect tokens created during the outage that are still active, corrected by reauthorising the agent/user.

Issues as a result of this have been mitigated against, affected customers should find any previously impacted functionality restored. We will continue to monitor affected systems for any further developments or issues throughout the course of the service provider incident.

Monitoring of the situation is ongoing, currently no further action has been required. Will we provide further updates should this change throughout the day
