We are currently experiencing an outage affecting KYB (business verification) checks, starting from approximately 3:00 PM AEDT (04:00 UTC). KYB checks, including ownership and business verification requests, are currently failing. KYC and other services are not affected. Our engineering team is actively working to restore service. We will provide a further update within 30 minutes, or sooner as more information becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and will continue to work actively with vendor to resolve this as soon as possible
