Between 20:50 UTC and 21:07 UTC, we experienced latency in our notification system, resulting in delayed confirmations for PIX payments. Please note that while payment processing itself remained functional, the delivery of status updates to merchants was delayed. The issue has been fixed, and the backlog has been cleared. We are proceeding with the internal investigation (RCA).
