We are currently investigating an issue where some emails are not being delivered. This includes emails from DonorPerfect, Online Forms, and ReadySetAuction, including MFA emails, password resets, receipts, and other system-generated emails. We have identified the cause of the email delivery delays as a widespread outage affecting Microsoft 365 services. As a result, some emails from DonorPerfect, Online Forms, and ReadySetAuction, including MFA emails, password resets, receipts, and other system-generated messages, may be delayed for users with Microsoft email services (such as Outlook, Hotmail, or Exchange). Our systems are operating as expected, and we are actively monitoring the situation. Until Microsoft resolves the outage on their end, delays in email delivery may continue.
