We experienced a service disruption affecting the Databox app. During this incident, the application was unavailable, resulting in an outage across all services. The Databox app was inaccessible during the following period: Tuesday, 13:58–14:06 CET (08:58–09:06 EST) All services have since been restored and are operating normally.
