    The GitHub data source integration has been temporarily disabled as a precautionary measure while we complete a security review. Existing GitHub connections have been disconnected and will show an error state. Data cannot be retrieved or refreshed from GitHub, and new GitHub connections cannot be established at this time.     We are experiencing a high volume of failed syncs for Reddit Ads metrics. It appears the behaviour originates from the API provider. As a result, the most recent data might be missing for these metrics, changing date ranges might not load the values for the new date range and issues can be present when editing reports with Reddit Ads metrics. We are keeping an eye on the Reddit Ads API and will share updates as soon as they become available.

    We are currently experiencing issues with Xero integration, where we’re receiving 'Access denied' errors from Xero API. Impact on our users: - All syncs for Xero metrics are failing, so data is not updating for any Xero data sources. - New Xero data source cannot be connected. We'll be reaching out to Xero to address the matter. All updates on the matter will be shared here.

    Today, September 10th, 2025, we are releasing a new feature named Advanced Filtering. The release also includes migrating all Databox accounts to the new way of filtering data in Databox. This migration is taking longer than expected, so please note that certain temporary issues may appear in the app until the migration is fully completed: - Filtering may not be available during migration. - Users may experience slow or extended loading times - no data loading. Additionally, you may also experience the following filtering related issues: - Functionalities using breakdown by dimensions (e.g., Databoards, Reports, Data calculations, etc.) may show incorrect or missing values. - Certain datasets or spaces might not migrate properly and could temporarily appear empty or broken. - Missing historical values. - The web app might appear slower than usual. We are working hard at completing the migration as soon as possible. We will keep you posted on the progress.
