Ongoing since 03:18 PM UTC, affecting Blackboard - SaaS (US).
Service has been restored for affected customers, and users should now be able to log in and access Blackboard LMS sites as normal. We continue to work on implementing a permanent fix while closely monitoring the service to ensure ongoing stability

We are investigating reports of intermittent availability and loading issues affecting Blackboard LMS sites. Users may experience HTTPS redirect loop errors when accessing the sites. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to identify the root cause.
