Rapyd settlement delays

AltaPay merchants using **Rapyd** acquiring are experiencing a delay in merchant settlements due to an external systems issue. **Rapyd** reported a temporary systems outage with **Banking Circle** which is the service used to process settlements. Because of this issue, merchant payouts scheduled for **July 16, 2026**, could not be processed. Rapyd has indicated that they expect these delayed payouts to be completed and processed today, **July 17, 2026**. We will share updates if we detect any further expected delays.
