We are currently investigating an issue affecting settlement payouts for a subset of transactions where the acquirer is Rapyd. This is not affecting transactions processed via Nets or Shift4. Our engineering team is actively looking into a communication issue between Rapyd and the downstream acquirer that may be preventing transaction batches from being properly sent and settled. **What this means for you:** * **Processing:** Active store transactions are still completing successfully. * **Payouts:** Pending payouts or settlements routed through Rapyd may be temporarily delayed while we resolve this connection issue.
