ZoomInfo Outage History

We are aware of and currently investigating an issue impacting users' ability to log in to Chorus. Users may see the Chorus page stuck on the loading screen or may be unable to access the Chorus platform. Our engineering teams are actively investigating and working to restore access as soon as possible. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are aware of issues impacting Chorus login, call recording, and email/calendar sync. During this time, calls may not be recorded and newly scheduled calls may not sync from your calendar. Additionally, users may see an error when attempting to login to the Chorus platform. Our Engineering team is actively investigating this issue and is working to resolve it as soon as possible.

Our Engineering team is currently aware of and investigating an issue impacting jobs from processing as expected on both Neverbounce API and the standalone platform. During this time, users may have issues uploading lists, and lists may take longer to process than expected. Our Engineering team is working as quickly as possible to restore functionality. We are aware of and investigating an issue causing the ZoomInfo Chrome Extension to endlessly load and eventually fail with an error for some users. Please know our Engineering teams are working hard to resolve these issues and get everything up and running as soon as possible.

We are aware of and investigating an issue that may cause latency or errors when creating and enriching an Audience. In addition you may see an error or freezing when attempting to open Audiences. We are aware of issues impacting call recording for customers using Zoom streaming. During this time, we will fall back to recording via the bot if your settings allow for that. Our Engineering team is actively investigating this issue and is working to resolve it as soon as possible. At this time, if you do not see the bot joining your call we would recommend recording your calls through Zoom's cloud recording, you can then manually import the recording file into the Chorus platform. We are aware of an issue currently affecting the ZoomInfo platform, where the home page on the Sales platform appears blank, and signals may not display correctly on the company profile page. Our Engineering teams are working hard to resolve these issues and get everything up and running as soon as possible.

We are aware of issues impacting customers ability to access the Chorus platform. During this time, calls may not be recorded or may experience delays with processing. Our Engineering team is actively investigating this issue and is working to resolve it as soon as possible. At this time, we would recommend recording your calls through your video conference provider’s cloud recording, you can then manually import the recording file into the Chorus platform once access is restored. Investigating - We are aware of and currently investigating issues impacting Chorus functionality within the ZoomInfo platform. Some users may experience disruptions with the following features: • CoPilot functionality • Email synchronization • Call recordings are still being captured; however, processing and availability of recordings may be delayed until the service is fully restored. Our Engineering team is actively working with the vendor to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. We will provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.

We are aware of and investigating an issue that may cause latency or errors when accessing contact data on ZoomInfo platforms. During this time, contact data may not load as expected in multiple areas of the platform. Users will not be able to export contact data during this time as well.

We are aware of an issue causing exports to not work as expected. During this time, users may experience errors or latency when attempting to export a company or contact from any platform.

Marketo is currently experiencing an issue impacting multiple services which may have an impact on ZoomInfo Marketo Integrations, including delayed processing or error messages. We are actively monitoring the status and will provide updates as we receive them.

We are currently investigating an issue that is causing search latency for some users, and errors when exporting records from the ZoomInfo Platform. Our engineering teams are actively investigating and we will continue to post updates here as we have them.

We are aware of an issue that is causing issues with bulk processing working as expected on both the Neverbounce platform and Neverbounce API. During this time, users may receive errors or may not be able to see list uploads as expected.

Microsoft is currently experiencing issues which is causing delays in some emails being delivered to and from our ZoomInfo teams for customers using Microsoft as their email provider. For urgent Support issues, please use our chat or phone options to reach our Support team. In addition, any emails sent from ZoomInfo platforms for O365 users may not be delivered during this incident. We are actively monitoring the status and will provide updates as we receive them.

We are aware of and investigating issues with Advanced Search in the ZoomInfo platform, including latency when running Company searches or loading Company profiles. Our Engineering teams are working hard to resolve these issues and get everything up and running as soon as possible.

We are aware of issues impacting Chorus call recording. During this time, calls may not be recorded or may experience delays with processing. Our Engineering team is actively investigating this issue and is working to resolve it as soon as possible. Additionally, during the time period of Dec 7 at 6am ET to Dec 8 at 6am ET calls may not have been recorded for all providers except Zoom and Webex.

Due to a third-party vendor outage, users may experience intermittent access issues with the Neverbounce and Ringlead apps.

Due to a third-party outage, ZoomInfo users may experience difficulty receiving 2FA codes. Our Engineers are actively monitoring and investigating.
