    API response times were observed exceeding 45 sec from 9:19pm - 9:27pm EST last night. The behavior subsided on its own without intervention. Xactus engineering found it to be caused by slow responses from a third-party data source which led to some queues becoming saturated. Preventative measures are being developed and implemented.
