America (East), South America, Canada, EMEA, APAC, ANZ investigating - Engineering is investigating an issue impacting the Agent Desktop login for Webex Contact Center agents. Agents attempting to log in to the desktop are encountering error 503 and are unable to log in. This issue is exclusive to agents of Orgs using CRM integrations for third-party CRM applications. As a workaround, agents can log in directly to the Agent Desktop with limited capability. We are working towards restoring services and apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
