We're investigating reports of AuthPoint token activation errors affecting some subscriber accounts in the Americas WatchGuard Cloud region. Affected customers will see an "Invalid QRCode" error when attempting to activate a new AuthPoint Token. Once we determine the impact and scale of these errors we'll post our next update in 60 minutes, if not sooner.
