On 3 November 2026, at approximately 19:50 UTC, some of our FireCloud customers experienced connectivity issues that impacted customer sessions, including DNS lookups. The impact was limited to some customers in AMER-Ohio-01 only. Our engineering team replaced the affected server, and service returned to normal operation at 21:10 UTC. Customers with an on-premise Firebox might have needed to manually reactivate their FireCloud Gateway in the FireCloud UI after this event. If users experience connectivity issues or problems connecting to on-premise resources, please contact WatchGuard Support directly. We sincerely apologize for the impact on our affected customers, and we know the stability of FireCloud is important to you and your business.
