Following investigation, we have confirmed that this alert was caused by an issue with our **automatic monitoring probe** and did not reflect any actual service degradation. All pricing products and services were **fully operational** throughout this entire period and were not impacted in any way. The Developer Portal has been stable for the past 8 hours. This incident is now closed. The root cause was traced to an issue on one of our cloud provider's services, which appears to have been resolved. We will continue to monitor availability going forward.

Play&Plug distributor users experienced a partial disruption on the Distributor Portal between 16:30 and 16:56. The Pricing APIs experienced a brief service interruption between **15:20 and 15:26 (GMT)** due to a planned infrastructure update. Services back to normal Our cloud provider has resolved the incident. All Wakam services have been operating normally since 18:00 CEST on 9 Oct 2025, and all monitors have remained green. The document generation service stopped functioning from 12:52 PM making new subscriptions impossible. It is now operational.

From 3:18 to 7:14 (UTC) the API Pricing service was down/very slow. Root cause is currently investigated. It seems to come from a maintenance action by our cloud operator.

Between 10:43 and 11:10, about 38% of requests returned unexpected 524 status code. The root cause of this incident was the unavailability of one of our 3rd party API.

A technical incident affected the display of the formula page on our EcoMobility White Label Sales Funnel, making it temporarily impossible for customers to subscribe to new policies. Our technical teams worked to resolve the issue, and the service has been fully restored at 04:18 PM. All systems are now operating normally. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
