Users may experience intermittent failures when attempting to connect to their Exchange mailboxes. Summary of Issue: Some users are experiencing connectivity issues due to external ISP routing failures. All internal systems and Exchange services remain fully operational. Technical Details: Our investigation has confirmed that all Exchange servers and internal services are functioning normally. The connectivity disruptions are occurring outside of our network and appear to be isolated to Verizon’s routing infrastructure. Specifically, traffic originating from Verizon is failing to reach our Colorado database clusters. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely and will provide additional updates as more information becomes available.
