We have identified and are monitoring a Vertex On-Demand issue for a subset of customers. All Vertex On-Demand services have been fully restored to expected levels of performance, but there was a degradation for 2-4 minutes around 4:43 AM ET. We will continue to monitor the situation to ensure all services and functionality continue to work as expected. We encourage you to validate your data as part of your normal process.
