   We have identified an issue involving inbound RCS message delivery failures affecting iOS devices in conversation threads older than a few minutes. Customers may experience messages failing to arrive until an outbound message is sent first. We have escalated this issue to our vendor.    Our engineers have monitored the fix and confirmed the issue with inbound RCS message delivery failures affecting iOS devices in conversation threads older than a few minutes has been resolved. All services are now operating normally at this time.
