IM-431 While trying to configure a Premier building, the configurator is showing a Garden Series Building in the UI instead.
Tuff Shed experienced a major incident on October 13, 2025 affecting KBMax (Product Configurator), lasting 2d. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

Users are reporting the configurator UI is mistakenly showing a Garden series building even though the Premier series has been selected. This only appears to be affecting the UI since the quote lines are correctly reflecting the Premier building. Our team is investigating this now.
