We have confirmed an issue preventing Tithely deposits from being sent to Breeze integration customers whose integration is configured on the Deposit schedule. Our team is actively working on a fix. All affected deposits will be automatically re-sent by the integration, requiring no manual action on your end. Please check back here for status updates.

We're aware of issues with embedded YouTube videos not playing as expected for Church App customers. This has been confirmed to be an issue that will need to be solved by YouTube and is not specific to the Tithely Church App. In the meantime, we recommend that customers link to their Youtube page in a tab while the embedded view is unavailable. For additional information- this was related to a significant change in architecture by a service provider. Our teams have made changes to adapt to this new change and all customers using Tithely Church Apps are able to see these embeds work again. For customers that have a custom (Developer) app, our team will need to make further manual updates to the specific app.
Due to an issue occurring with a key system provider, we are noticing errors that are occurring for some customers. This could present as delays in email sends, or potentially errors attempting to process gifts. This is external to Tithely and our Engineering teams are monitoring closely.
Our Engineering teams are continuing to monitor our products and ensure reliability. Our provider is seeing improvement, however they are still reporting issues.
