An update was recently applied to meet new Twilio 10DLC registrations which is causing intermittent errors in the application. The update is being rolled back until further analysis can be completed.

There is an ongoing situation impacting Twilio’s SMS and MMS services. Their monitoring systems have detected an increase in 500 errors, which means some messages may fail to send or experience delays. Twilio’s engineering team is actively investigating the issue and working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
The incident impacting MMS, SMS, OTT, Voice Insights, Verify and Lookup in US1 has been resolved and systems are operating normally at this time.
Textline is experiencing extreme message load. Resources are being scaled up to manage the increased volume.

The Textline application is running within normal performance parameters, but web requests traversing the internet between the Textline application and users may be impacted.

A number of Textline accounts have been misidentified as HIPAA accounts following a system update. The engineering team has identified the issue is and preparing to deploy a solution to restore previous classification.

Vonage is experiencing a rise in fraud messaging from other users. As a result, they are blocking any message that contains a URL. Messages sent with a URL will return with a delivery error. If you need to send URLs and are using Vonage/Nexmo, message the Textline team as there is a possibility to whitelist your URLs.
We are continuing to investigate this issue.
