    Sophos has identified a service degradation affecting multiple regions, primarily impacting inbound email delivery in Sophos Email. Customers may experience delays or a temporary inability to receive inbound emails. Engineering teams are actively working with a third-party provider to resolve the issue. The teams have mitigated the degradation by starting release of the emails stuck in the processing queue. The emails arriving after this mitigation will be delivered without delays.
