Resolved after 5 hours 30 minutes, affecting Sigma Identity Fraud and Sigma Identity Fraud and 1 more, on September 10, 2026.
Between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM EST, we observed an increase in 5xx error rates, which resulted in intermittent errors or failed requests for some customers. Overall impact was minimal, less than 0.01%. The error rate has since returned to normal. This issue is fully resolved at this time. We apologize for any disruption and appreciate your patience.
