      Wir konnten die Ursache auf die im AI Agent von manchen Kunden konfigurierten Hintergrundgeräusche zurückführen. Wir arbeiten nun daran, dass auch die AI Agents wieder mit konfigurierten Hintergrundgeräuschen funktional sind und somit nicht mehr "stumm bleiben".

      Die Beeinträchtigung bei Konfiguration von Hintergrundgeräuschen zu den AI Agents wurde behoben. AI Agents mit konfigurierten Hintergrundgeräuschen nehmen wieder zuverlässig Gespräche entgegen und interagieren dabei auch wieder mit den Anrufer:innen, so dass die Leitung nach Annahme durch die AI Agents nicht mehr "tot" erscheint. AI Agents ohne Hintergrundgeräusche waren nie von der Beeinträchtigung betroffen. Sicherheitshalber beobachten wir die Situation noch eine Weile.
