Update: We are currently experiencing degraded performance and errors affecting multiple Sendcloud services, caused by high load on one of our core authentication services. Our engineering team is actively investigating and working on a resolution. Impact: • Sendcloud panel: Users may see errors or slow loading. Some orders may load with greyed-out fields, or appear in Incoming orders without a shipping method (or with an incorrect default one). • Public API: Increased latency and errors across API requests. • Dynamic Checkout / Checkout API: Slower checkout page loads and possible checkout failures due to timeouts. • Return Portal: Users may experience errors or slow loading. • Invoice / payment page: Users may experience errors when loading the page.
