Some of our users are experiencing problems with our communication in ClaimShop. Some of our users are currently experiencing issues accessing the shop through the e-mails. The issue identified and we are woring on it with the highest priority, and we will provide an update as soon as we have additional information to provide and/or the issue has been resolved.
