    Knox users may experience problems accessing and using the Knox Admin Portal when using their Samsung Account for Business Account IDs. Admins may see an "Internal Server Error" message when accessing with their credentials. Customers who didn't migrate to the Samsung Account for Business are not affected by this disruption. Our engineering teams are currently investigating the issue.

    Knox Guard users in the EU region may experience problems accessing and using the Knox Guard portal and APIs. Admins may see a "You are not authorized" error when launching the KG console and a "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable " error when calling the APIs. Our engineering teams are currently investigating the issue.
