    Users may experience problems accessing and using the Knox Admin Portal when using their Samsung Account for Business Account IDs. Admins may see an "Internal Server Error" message when accessing with their credentials or be taken back to the login screen. Customers using the B2C version of Samsung account or IDP logins are not impacted. Our engineering teams are currently investigating the issue.
