Knox Guard users in the EU region may experience problems accessing and using the Knox Guard portal and APIs. Admins may see a "You are not authorized" error when launching the KG console and a "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable " error when calling the APIs. Our engineering teams are currently investigating the issue.
