We are currently investigating an issue where the Samsara Dashboard Overview page fails to refresh the Vehicle Gateway status in real time, even when the Vehicle is in motion. Our Engineering team is diligently working to determine the underlying cause and to restore the functionality.

A solution has been put in place, and we are now observing the situation regarding this issue. We have confirmed that the data backlogs are beginning to clear, and the majority of vehicles are once again displaying accurate, current statuses on the dashboard.
