Earlier today we identified an issue were customers in the UK and Ireland experienced a degraded performance due to slowness in the service. Customers were presented with an error message: "Not responding". All other product functionality was working as expected. The issue is resolved and the service is available and performing as expected. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.
