    Nous avons identifié un problème intermittent affectant les clients en France utilisant la facturation électronique, empêchant l’intégration (onboarding) à Sage PA, avec un taux d’erreurs élevé observé lors des tentatives d’intégration. Cela impacte à la fois les clients s’inscrivant pour participer au pilote ainsi que ceux s’inscrivant en préparation de l’obligation réglementaire de septembre. Nous sommes actuellement en cours d’investigation. ------------------------------------------------------------------ We have identified an intermittent issue affecting customers in France using E-invoicing, preventing onboarding to the Sage PA, with a high rate of errors observed during onboarding attempts. This impacts both customers onboarding to participate in the pilot, as well as those onboarding in preparation for the September mandate. We are currently investigating.
