On October 9th, we identified an issue preventing a subset of customers in the USA from accessing the service. Impacted customers were presented with spinning pages and a generic SYSTEM_ERROR response. The service remained available and performed as expected for all other customers. The issue is resolved and the service is available and performing as expected. We apologise for any inconvenience this might have caused.
