We identified an issue affecting customers in Europe who use Intouch, preventing them from renewing their certificates. The issue only impacted customers who were currently required to renew their certificates. All affected products remain available and were performing as expected for all other customers. Products/services affected were: -Sage 50 UKI -Sage 200 UKI -Sage Business Cloud Payroll UKI
