AU Data Center: Printing and Scanning issues
Resolved after 16 minutes, affecting AU Data Center (Printing) and AU Data Center (Scanning), on October 29, 2026.
Between 14:58 and 15:14 AEDT on 29 October 2026, some users served by our AU data center experienced failures or delays when printing and scanning, including WebDAV scanning and scan to download. One server in the data center stopped responding; it recovered automatically and the service has been fully operational since 15:14 AEDT. Our engineering team is investigating the underlying cause to prevent a recurrence. We apologise for the inconvenience.
