Our fix is continuing to rollout and we expect generation wait times to start decreasing shortly.

We are continuing to see good indicators that generation wait times are falling.

Many generation tools are processing generations normally again, however we are continuing to see a spike in queue wait times for Gen4 images and Gen4 turbo specifically. We are working on a fix and expect these wait times to normalize within the hour.

All generation wait times have normalized. All generations that failed as a result of this incident have been refunded. Failed generations can now be retried and processed in a timely manner.
