      We experienced a surge in API usage this morning that caused service degradation. We’ve restored several services and are aiming to have all services restored fully by end of day.       We have identified an issue affecting camera thumbnails for some customers. Impacted users may see an “IMAGE NOT AVAILABLE” message instead of thumbnails. We are in communication with our external storage provider, who is aware of the issue and actively working to resolve it. We will provide updates here as more information becomes available.
