We have identified an issue affecting camera thumbnails for some customers. Impacted users may see an “IMAGE NOT AVAILABLE” message instead of thumbnails. We are in communication with our external storage provider, who is aware of the issue and actively working to resolve it. We will provide updates here as more information becomes available.

Our external storage provider has applied fixes, and we are beginning to see camera thumbnails return for affected customers. We are continuing to monitor recovery and will provide another update once we confirm the issue is fully resolved.
